Genesis Images is a vibrant photographic and design partnership for your unconventional creative solutions.We are based in Bloemfontein, South Africa and formed as a partnership in 2009.The name Genesis Images was inspired by who we believe is the Master of all creativity, He who created the universe, planet earth and everything on it; the Alpha and Omega.Genesis: Beginning/creationImages: Resembling everything from design to photography.

We are located between Stellenbosch and Somerset West in Winery Road. André and Annerie, the husband and wife team behind GI, met during their photographic studies. Both having a passion for photography brought them to where they are today. André, being the more business orientated provides the much needed business savvy. His great passion for photography and continual research guarantees that GI always has an edge on the latest technology and equipment. André is always looking out to further their quality of work and professionalism in the field. Fun fact abouth André: When André says he is going to take his last picture, he is, in fact, lying. Don’t believe him when he tells you he wants to take just one more photograph. He will only stop photographing when his camera battery dies or has run out of memory cards. It was a perfect (yet windy) day to photograph Susan and Sarel's pre-wedding shoot in the Winelands. Kicking off 2017 with an engagement shoot at Cavalli Wine and Stud Farm Due to today's fire at Knorhoek near Somerset West, the whole cape area was covered in smoke. It is a terrible site as we even had smoke, ashes and debris at our home, which is probably 20km away from the fire. The day was sunny with no clouds and very windy which obviously played a huge role in the spreading of the fire.
