The Coffee Room is decorated with a coffee tone and blended with matching colours. The Coffee Room boasts a queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The room overlooks the garden with an outside door that leads to a private patio with a tranquil view of the pond and ducks. This deluxe room is large and is decorated in a traditional classy french theme.The Biscuit Room ficilitates a King size bed which can split into two separate beds. This room has it's own entry to the swimming pool and entertainment area. In Order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, the Management requests your co-operation in observing the following as an agreement between the guest and FloBen Guest House under which rooms are permitted to be used by the guest:- Please take note that all extras are to be settled in CASH. If the room is available, normal tariff will be charged. On failure of the guest to vacate the room on expiry time, date or period, the management shall have the right to remove the guest and his/her belongings from the room occupied by the guest. At no time during your occupancy will the number of guests staying, exceed the number of guests booked, unless prior approval is sought and given by management. The use of extra guests other than the number booked will attract an additional tariff. It is agreed that the guest will conduct him/ her in a respectable manner and will not cause any disturbance or annoyance within the guesthouse premises. Exceeding this, arrangements should be made with Management on the day of arrival.
