This is due to their exposure to the then Cape Couriers owned by their mother, Delia. A team of stalwarts, who had worked together for more than a decade, were seconded to be the customer services team. With an intimate knowledge of the industry, the business model was put into practice and the plans were put into action. This brought the total up to 20 servicing the Cape Town Call Centre and hundreds more indirectly through supplier networks.
